Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the USA.

CONTINENTAL USA (USPS)

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS.

Processing Time:
For non–pre-order items, processing time (fulfilment, packaging, and delivery to shipping partners) takes an average of 5–11 business days. Parcel drop-offs are scheduled once or twice per week, depending on store activity. During larger drops, frequency may increase.

Tracking Information:
Once a shipping label is generated, Shopify will automatically send your tracking number via your selected communication method.
Please note: This does not mean your order has shipped yet. Additional processing time is still required.

If your tracking shows no updates within 4–10 business days, your order is still being processed. For U.S. orders with no updates after 14 business days, please contact us at info@carboncore.supply.

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends, as our postal partners are unavailable during this time.

Shipping Costs:
Flat-rate shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs & Duties:
Customers in the U.S. are responsible for any import fees or duties that may be charged at delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by U.S. customs.

Carrier Responsibility:
Once your package is scanned by our shipping provider, we are not liable for delays, disruptions, or damages during transit. Delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier at that point.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
CARBON CORE is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery. Customers must file claims with the appropriate shipping carrier.

Order Issues:
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product due to our error, email info@carboncore.supply and we’ll make it right.

Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered. We are also not responsible for normal wear and tear.

CANADA (ASENDIA)

We ship all Canadian orders via Asendia. Delivery takes 1–2 weeks.

Processing Time:

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL NORTH AMERICA)

International orders are shipped using APC Logistics.

Customs & VAT:
CARBON CORE is not responsible for paying any VAT, customs clearance fees, or import duties. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot under-declare the value of packages.

Shipping Costs:
Flat-rate international shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Customs Processing:
Customers are responsible for understanding any additional customs fees that may be due upon delivery.

Country Limitations:
Due to postal infrastructure constraints, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. These limitations are determined by our logistics providers.

Tracking Information:
In some cases, full tracking may not be available for international shipments. This is outside of our control. Please allow extra time for tracking to update — our parcels may take a few additional days to reach APC Logistics for clearance.

If no tracking updates appear within 4–10 business days, your order is still being processed. If 21 business days pass with no updates, email info@carboncore.supply for further investigation.

Carrier Responsibility:
Once the package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages during transit. All liability from that point lies with the shipping provider.
