Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Returns can only be shipped to our US address.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@carboncore.supply to request a return.
  2. Wait for authorisation before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval or without tracked shipping cannot be processed.
  3. Once approved, ship your item back using a tracked service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • United States: Carbon Core provides a free, prepaid return label. You send the item back at no cost to you.
  • Outside the United States: you're responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our facility. We don't provide a prepaid international label due to limitations with our shipping providers.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and put it right.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. Most of our drops sell out and are pre-order based, so we can't guarantee the stock will be there to swap into. Instead, we offer a full refund on any eligible return — see Return Shipping Costs above for how return shipping works for your region.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
  • If 15 business days pass after approval with no refund showing, contact info@carboncore.supply.

Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items and gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same condition requirements apply: unworn, unused, tagged, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
