Every step from order to delivery, and roughly how long each takes.

When you place a pre-order with us, the full payment is collected at the time of purchase. This allows us to confirm your order, allocate stock, and begin fulfillment on your behalf.

You may cancel your pre-order at any point before your order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us directly and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped and you are not satisfied with the product upon receiving it, you are eligible to return the item for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed promptly.

All orders are shipped from our 3PL partner in the USA.

For international customers, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of any applicable duties or taxes is required before your parcel can be released and delivered.

We are not liable for any customs or import charges incurred. If you are unsure about the fees applicable in your region, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Unclaimed parcels due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.
