SHIPPING POLICY
All items ship from the United States. International customers should account for potential import duties and taxes applicable in their region. CARBON CORE assumes no responsibility for additional fees imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers upon delivery.
PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Non-pre-order items require 3–9 business days for processing, fulfillment, packaging, and carrier handoff. Parcel drop-offs occur once or twice weekly based on order volume, with increased frequency during major releases.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Tracking numbers generate automatically via Shopify once labels are created. Label generation does not indicate shipment—additional processing time is required before carrier handoff. CARBON CORE is not responsible for carrier delays due to volume, weather, customs, or operational issues beyond our control.
If tracking shows no movement within 4–10 business days, your order remains in queue or transit. International orders without updates after 21 business days warrant email inquiry for investigation.
SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES
Shipping costs calculate at checkout based on weight and destination. U.S. and Canadian orders qualify for $5 USD flat-rate shipping. Customers bear full responsibility for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and VAT where applicable—these charges are excluded from shipping fees and non-negotiable. Declared values cannot be altered.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
CARBON CORE assumes no liability for packages marked delivered. Customers must file claims directly with carriers for lost or stolen items.
ORDER ISSUES & RETURNS
Contact info@carboncore.supply for wrong sizes or damaged items. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for worn, washed, or altered garments. Normal wear and tear falls outside warranty coverage.
