ORDERS ARE SLOWLY SHIPPING OUT

Great news — the majority of pre-order stock has arrived ahead of schedule and we are actively shipping orders out now.

Most items should be on their way to you by the third week of June.

If you have received a tracking number that hasn't updated in the last 1–2 weeks, no need to worry — this simply means your order hasn't been processed yet. Your tracking will become active once the parcel is received by USPS.

⚠ Payment Policy

When you place a pre-order with us, the full payment is collected at the time of purchase. This allows us to confirm your order, allocate stock, and begin fulfilment on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your pre-order at any point before your order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us directly and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your order has already shipped and you are not satisfied with the product upon receiving it, you are eligible to return the item for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed promptly.

// Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped from Orange County, California, USA.

For international customers, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of any applicable duties or taxes is required before your parcel can be released and delivered.

We are not liable for any customs or import charges incurred. If you are unsure about the fees applicable in your region, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Unclaimed parcels due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes you can. If you need to make a size or address change, contact us as soon as possible.
When will I receive tracking information?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your individual order has left our fulfilment centre.
Can I order multiple items in one pre-order?
Yes. All items in a single order will ship together once fulfilment is complete.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
Will there be a restock?
This is a limited collaboration. No restock is guaranteed once the pre-order window closes.
